Unroll the pool, spreading the pool out; carefully pull sidewall outward from center. Pre-fill with ½ of water and make pool round. Also smooth out wrinkles on bottom for a perfect set-up. 8' and 10' pools need 2 or more people to set up properly. Next fill to ½ from top of sidewall. The sidewalls will gradually stand as the pool is filled. When you need to skim the pool or drain it, simply push in the sidewall.
